By accessing or using any mtdevworks product — including websites, browser extensions, NPM/pip packages, APIs, and templates — you agree to these terms.
2. Use of Services
Our finance calculators provide estimates based on publicly available tax rules. They are not a substitute for professional financial or legal advice. Always consult a qualified CA or tax advisor for official filings.
3. API Usage
Free API tiers are rate-limited. Exceeding limits or abusing the service may result in temporary or permanent suspension. Paid plans are governed by their specific terms at the time of purchase.
4. Open Source Packages
Open source packages (indian-utils, jsonrepair-lite) are provided under the MIT License. See each package's LICENSE file for details.
5. Paid Products
Paid templates and premium features are sold as-is. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
mtdevworks products are provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to incorrect calculations, data loss, or service interruptions.
